What does it mean to awaken? What awareness and actions will bring us more into loving kindness? How do we become complete human beings? Participants will be led in active dialogue, sacred chant and movement, Dances of Universal Peace and meditation as we explore Awakening into Kindness.

We will begin Friday evening at 7PM and end Sunday at 4PM.
Friday evening 7-9pm
Saturday 9am-5pm & 7-9pm
Sunday 8-9am meditation then 9-4pm
Sat & Sun lunch 12-1:15pm
Please bring your own lunch and meditation pillow.
Coffee, tea and snacks will be provided.
Non-residential. Cost $50.
