You are invited to come to rest in this very moment, this space smaller than a breath … right here, fully. When you accept, a window opens to the Infinite, and the Love from which all creation springs is experienced. Come unfold your heart into ecstasy and journey into this moment, this LOVE, Participants will be led in Dances of Universal Peace, chanting (wazaif), singing (bhajan), Mantrandala Breathing Meditations
Please bring your own lunch and meditation pillow. Shoeless dance floor – please bring socks or slippers. Coffee, tea and snacks will be provided. Non-residential. Suggested Donation $50~No one turned away
Leaders:
Narayan Eric Waldman is a senior Mentor of the Dances of Universal Peace and a member of the Ruhaniat. A devotee of sacred song and dance since the 1960’s and a leader of the Dances of Universal Peace for decades, he considers himself a true disciple of the Dance. Engaging, humorous and charismatic, Narayan carries the joy of singing and dancing in praise of the present, reminding anyone who is listening that it’s useless to be anywhere else.
Barakat Carolynn Bryan is a lifelong spiritual seeker and a spiritual guide (Khalifa) in the Sufi Ruhaniat. She has studied music since the age of 5 and is a certified leader of the Dances of Universal Peace. She brings a deep love of the Divine in all its manifestations that she celebrates with warmth, authenticity, song and dance.
